We have all been made very aware of ones environmental footprint, especially the amount of plastics that we all use, which, if not recycled, ends up in landfills or worse! Ideally, to be environmentally correct, if one chooses to be cremated, the ashes should be scattered to where ever the deceased requested or would have liked. However, recent surveys indicate that at best half of the US population will be cremated and of that number most will have the ashes buried and not scattered. With this in mind, we at Beitano have designed and produced ECO-KEEP.
 

What is an ECO-KEEP?

	ECO-KEEP is an environmentally sound alternative for those who choose to be cremated and are trying to be “earth friendly”.
	ECO-KEEP is an urn suitable for human and/or pet cremated remains and is safe for burial, nook placement or home retention.
	ECO-KEEP is a burial vault for smaller urns such as for pets.
	ECO-KEEP is a keepsake storage box. Many of us have keepsakes/mementos such as a lock of hair, baby teeth, corsages and other objects that means so much to each of us but once we are gone are not appreciated by anyone else and end up lost. Whether or not ECO-KEEP is used as an urn is entirely up to you. ECO-KEEP will last until you decide, and your precious mementos will be safe and secure for a very long time.
	ECO-KEEP is made from 100% American waste materials. Constructed of ½” thick sheets of HDPE recycled plastic, this first of its kind urn - uses 6 lbs of post consumer plastic (equivalent to 41 one gallon milk jugs) that would otherwise end up in our landfills.
	ECO-KEEP can be personalized by you and/or loved ones. As depicted above, ECO-KEEP comes in a blank white form so one can add, apply or write anything to or on the urn. As shown below you can put a picture on it, paint on it or go down to the local trophy/award shop and order a plaque made up from all manner of materials and styles. We offer a blank canvas so you can create a work of art befitting who or what occupies the ECO-KEEP.

The good news - if just half of the people who pass away everyday in the US chose the ECO-KEEP way, we could easily save 20,000 pounds of plastics from landfills. That’s everyday!

The bad news - 20,000 pounds is perhaps 1% of the plastics the US uses that needs to be dealt with EVERYDAY!
